To qualify for our Lease Purchase (Lease to Own) Program, applicant(s) must be currently employed and show proof of consistent employment.  Applicant(s) must consent to a credit and background screening.  For applicants with credit challenges, we offer resources, referrals to help improve credit and assistance with our Lease Purchase Program to prepare them for our Homeownership Program.  All applicants must pass our background screening.  For futher assistance, please click the Form Button.

Our First Time Homebuyer Program is an Affordable Housing Program designed to assist applicant(s) in obtaining homeownership.  Individuals and familes that have never owned a home or have not owned a home or real estate in the last three years may qualify for this program.  All applicants must provide proof of consistent income for previous 2 years through current and stable employment if applicable.  This requirement applies to applicants receiving retirement benefits also.  For more information or to start the process, please click the Form Button.
